We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Internal Sales Representative (
AccPac experience required
) to join our client's team in Epping, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Technical sales background -
  construction/sealants
• Systems experience
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and monitor delivery timelines
• Conduct outbound calls to generate sales, follow up on leads, and promote products
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
• Collaborate with the external sales team to grow accounts and meet sales targets

Compensation:

• Salary:
  up to R15,000 (based on experience)
