We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Internal Sales Representative (AccPac experience required) to join our client's team in Epping, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Technical sales background - construction/sealants
Systems experience
Prepare quotations, process orders, and monitor delivery timelines
Conduct outbound calls to generate sales, follow up on leads, and promote products
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Collaborate with the external sales team to grow accounts and meet sales targets
Compensation:
Salary: up to R15,000 (based on experience)
