Purpose

Damen Support Programme (DSP) seeks to engage a qualified Consultant to design and deliver Gender Sensitization Training for selected team members of DSP.

The objective of this consultancy is to promote awareness, respect, equality, and a safe, inclusive workplace culture across the organization.

• Enhance understanding of gender concepts, roles, and equality
• Promote respectful behavior and positive workplace interaction
• Build staff capacity to recognize and prevent gender-based discrimination and harassment
