Consultant Actuarial - Operation Performance Analytic

About the Role

We are looking for a Consultant, Actuarial, to join our growing Operation Performance Analytics team.

What You'll Do Here

• Work independently on ambitious, strategic projects, including identifying trends and creating analytical solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Leverage your expertise to lead large‑scale, results‑oriented initiatives.
• Play a leadership role in discussions with our business partners: challenge assumptions, influence, co‑create, and propose innovative solutions.
• Guide colleagues by providing coaching, reviewing their work, conducting technical analyses, and resolving complex problems.

What You Bring to the Table

• University degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, ACAS or FCAS preferred.
• 5 years or more of actuarial experience (preferably in the P&C Insurance sector).
