- Start as Consult Assistant supporting the Junior Career Advisor role.
- Progress to become a Junior Career Advisor in Phase 2.
First Phase: Consultant Assistant
- Contact candidates in the database to introduce job opportunities and confirm their interest in applying by phone.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and the Junior Career Advisor.
- Input candidates’ work experience data into the system.
Second Phase: Junior Career Advisor
- Conduct interviews with assigned candidates and create detailed applications, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Present job opportunities and offer Career guidance, including insights on market trends and success tips.
- Share candidate profiles with the Recruiting Advisor TEAM to facilitate interview opportunities.
