Consultant beyond payroll (Spanish speaker)

**What You’ll Do:**

**Social Security Operations (Spain)**

+ Manage and process Social Security requests for Spanish clients.
+ Prepare and submit declarations for:

+ Sick leave, accidents, maternity/paternity leave.
+ Employee transfers (company/branch), suspensions, retirements.
+ Strikes and hiring/termination events.

+ Generate and send debt certificates and employee reports (weekly/monthly).
+ Handle shift changes (part-time/full-time) and working time updates.
+ Resolve complex cases using SAP related to Spanish Social Security.

**Support:**

+ Provide support to the French and Portuguese social security teams during peak activity periods

**RPA Controller Responsibilities**

+ Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of automation robots.
+ Maintain and update Process Definition Documents (PDD).
+ Liaise with the RPA support team in India for troubleshooting.
