1. Engagement Objective
The Consultant will support the Business Development & Partnership team in identifying, managing, and pursuing strategic funding opportunities. The role will involve proposal development, donor engagement, research, documentation, and coordination support. The Consultant will contribute to strengthening the department’s capacity in resource mobilization and overall efficiency.
 
2. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
The Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end proposal development, maintaining a centralized document management system, tracking submission timelines, and ensuring proposal quality and timely delivery.
