Consultant, Corporate Advisory

Job description:

• To assist in corporate finance engagements, including but not limited to, financial due diligence review, valuation and IPO advisory services.
• To assist in market and industry research and analysis.
• To assist in drafting reports and documents in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2 years of working experience in audit/ corporate finance.
• Possess strong analytical, quantitative, financial modelling and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and committed to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to deliver quality service.
