SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Plan, coordinate and administer document control tasks for Baleh HEP Project and maintain effective document management system for multiple project site offices.
• Organize project site documentation and drawings systematically to align with Project Delivery (PD) Document Management Procedures.
• Ensure the latest construction drawings are easily available for site construction use.
• Facilitate project document control process and ensure the final documentation is captured for record retention in accordance with the Project Document Management Plan throughout the project until project closure.
