Consultants in Emergency Medicine who are successful to this role will work at the WA Virtual Emergency Department (WAVED) which is in St John Ambulance WA Operations Centre – Belmont. Services will include the following:

• Comprehensive clinical service in Emergency Medicine to patients of WA Virtual Emergency Department (WAVED).
• Opportunity to promote quality health outcomes for emergency medicine.
• Provides clinical expertise and leadership for WAVED services to internal and external customers.

The WA Virtual Emergency Department (WAVED) will give patients the option of being seen virtually in the comfort of their own home when safe and appropriate to do so, rather than waiting in an emergency department (ED).
