About the Role:

We are a motivated new franchise owner (franchisee) launching our first location. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to act as a central hub for all pre-launch and operational tasks. This is not just an administrative role; you will be our project coordinator, accountability partner, and organizational engine. You will work directly with the franchisee to systemize, track, and drive forward the hundreds of tasks required to open and run a successful franchise business. Your primary mission is to bring clarity, order, and momentum to the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task & Project Management:
  • Work with the franchisee to identify, list, and categorize every single task from the franchise disclosure documents (FDD), operations manuals, and launch checklist.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a master project plan (using Trello) with clear timelines, priorities, and dependencies.
