Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for providing consultation, structuring, and strategic analysis to SMEs and PLCs. The Consultant will also be responsible for identifying potentials, helping clients to prepare for IPO, supporting the Board of Directors, and structuring M&A transactions in Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region.
