Consultant & HOD Radiology

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant & HOD – Radiology for the Radiology Department.
Required Qualifications
FCPS/MCPS or equivalent qualification in Radiology (recognized by PMDC), with 5–10 years of relevant experience , preferably in a Teaching Hospital . Candidates with prior leadership or departmental management experience will be preferred.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Radiology Department operations and ensure quality patient care.
Oversee radiological procedures, diagnostic accuracy, and patient safety standards.
Monitor radiology procedures, CT/Ultrasound reporting, and departmental performance.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, PMDC/SHCC regulations, and quality protocols.
Supervise radiologists, technicians, and support staff, including performance management and development.
Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of radiology equipment and services.
