Consultant in Emergency Medicine

We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Consultant in Emergency Medicine on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful A&E department.

Our clients department comprises a fully equipped resuscitation room with three bays, high and low acuity majors treatment areas with nine and ten cubicles respectively, a separate hot area with 6 beds and a separate minors area. There is a purpose built seminar room with a range of modern presentation aids. The department is currently undergoing a rebuild due to be completed in 2022, giving 8 resuscitation bays anda separate children's ED with co-located paediatric assessment area in addition to the current estate. The department has a fully equipped theatre, separate but integral facilities for ENT and Ophthalmic patients and separate examination and waiting rooms for children.
