Consultant in Paediatrics and Neonatology with SI in Oncology

The Trust is seeking to appoint a full time (10 PA) acute On-Call Consultant Paediatrician with an interest/expertise in Oncology. The post holder must have a minimum of 6 months paediatric oncology experience as a registrar at a primary treatment centre (PTC). A spin in oncology will be an advantage.

Your main base will be the Royal Surrey Hospital, but as part of our group model with Ashford and St Peter's, there will be cross cover with their patients and you will be expected to attend the joint MDT's, business and governance meetings.

The medical team will provide 5 day morning cover (Monday to Friday) and see and manageallofthe oncology inpatients, prescribe electronicallychemotherapyand supervise the delivery of day case chemotherapy on the day unit/inpatient ward.
