We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Lead & mid level Consultants in Intensive Care Medicine (ICU) to join our client’s private hospital based on a stunning Caribbean island. Responsibilities:

• Provide expert management of critically ill patients requiring advanced organ support, including mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic monitoring, and renal replacement therapy
• Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing management of patients with life-threatening conditions in the Intensive Care Unit
• Perform and oversee critical care procedures such as intubation, central venous access, arterial line insertion, and bedside ultrasound
