The Umrah Travel Consultant will work for a Diamond Visa Solution specializing in Umrah and Visa Processing. The role involves advising UK clients on Umrah packages, managing bookings and visa processing, and ensuring full compliance, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and manage Umrah packages for clients based in Pakistan
• Advise pilgrims on Umrah packages, travel dates, hotels, and pricing
• Process Umrah visas in line with Saudi regulations and the Nusuk platform
• Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation from the UK to Saudi Arabia
• Coordinate with UK airlines, Saudi hotels, transport providers, and Umrah partners
• Ensure accuracy of travel documents (passport, visa, tickets, ATOL documentation if applicable)
• Provide pre-departure briefings tailored to UK travelers
