Consultant - Operation Analyst

Due to growing demand for our consultancy services, we are seeking a consultant responsible for the configuration administration, and ongoing optimisation of project management systems and associated reporting tools in Power BI. The role ensures the stability, accuracy, and usability of the project management environment, supports users across the organisation and maintains dashboards that provide real‑time performance insight for projects, programmes, and portfolios. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Configure, maintain and optimise project management systems and related features 

• Manage workflows, custom fields, lookup tables and security permissions 

• Monitor system performance, perform routine housekeeping and ensure high platform availability
