About the role
As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing our bank, with exceptional customer service as your core focus. You’ll provide suitable banking options for current and prospective customers, assisting them with their everyday banking needs, including deposits, personal lending, international payments, and insurance, while also identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships through your knowledge of our products and services.
Being a generalist, you’ll be able to support everyday Kiwis to achieve their goals across all areas of banking, while growing your own career in a supportive team environment. Because The Co-operative Bank is owned by our customers, everything we do, every day, is for their benefit.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based in Paraparaumu.
