You will help save lives, reduce serious injuries, and improve the culture of DEKRA’s clients through organizational change initiatives that drive safety performance improvement through client engagements. Our Consultant positions are critical for the overall success of any client engagement, and are the lynch pin between the front line through the organization to the c-suite. The overall objective of our Consultants is to utilize organizational change knowledge to deliver the results that our clients are seeking, become a trusted advisor, and expand the scope and breadth of existing client engagements.
