The Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity to welcome a full-time consultant into the newly developed Department of General Internal Medicine and the successful applicants will join our expanding team of motivated consultants. We are also keen to support colleagues’ professional clinical areas of interest and are open to negotiations on your individual job plan.
Main duties of the job
To Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of clinical problems, ranging from the acutely ill young person to the elderly patients with multiple complex co morbidities.
To look after patients that do not fall into the remit of a specific medical speciality or are deemed to have complex medical problems involving multiple symptoms and co morbidities.
