Overview

We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious individual to join our Hepatology services based at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle. The role involves the management of inpatients and outpatients with liver disease, including patients with complex liver disease and those undergoing liver transplantation. The post holder will contribute to the out-of-hours hepatology on-call rota and would be fully JAG accredited in endoscopy. The post will be based at the Freeman Hospital and will join a team responsible for the delivery of specialist outpatient and inpatient hepatology care in line with the proposed job plan.
