We’re looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in US IT staffing who can place genuine consultants and close deals fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Market consultants to clients, vendors & implementation partners
• Use Dice, Monster, LinkedIn & networks to drive placements
• Negotiate rates & ensure timely submissions/interviews
• Maintain strong relationships & follow up regularly

What You Need:

• Proven bench sales experience (US staffing)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• A track record of genuine consultant placements
