Job Description
DeVine is an adept provider of Technical and Scientific solutions for Federal, State and commercial clients. A number of our recent, and past, successes are compelling content for writing winning proposal narratives.
The Consultant, Proposal Manager & Writer must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Due to the nature of our client base only U.S. Citizens may be considered for hire. The consultant must be in the greater San Diego area, and hybrid work is available.
The Consultant, Proposal Manager & Writer will lead proposal development. They will help DeVine to organize the process for multiple opportunities and motivate all stakeholders for timely inputs. The successful hire will write to various opportunities in pre-proposal and RFP stages for sections that are relevant to their skills & experience.
