Consultant Psychiatrist - Older Persons
Dunedin Hospital
Salary: Upwards from $240k including additional allowances (ASMS MECA 2024 (NZD 185,380 – 267,980))

About the roleWe are looking for passion from a skilled clinician to become part of our close-knit multidisciplinary team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality psychiatric assessment and care. This is more than just a clinical role—you'll have the opportunity to lead, influence, and help shape the future of our Mental Health service.
You'll work with older persons, collaborating closely with the primary health sector and contributing to a model of care that reflects Southern's values. Your ideas and initiative will be valued as you help drive service improvement and workforce innovation.
The role also offers variety and balance, with participation in a well-supported on-call roster (currently 1:18)...
