We are seeking experienced Psychiatrist to join our team at Te Whetu Tawera!
* Be a key part in the recovery journey of our Tangata Whai ora and use your skills and knowledge to improve health outcomes * Permanent, part time0.6fte Monday to Friday. * Requirement to participate in on-call roster Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for a Psychiatrist to join our experienced and enthusiastic team in Te Whetu Tawera, the Adult Acute Inpatient Mental Health Unit for Auckland District Health Board. We serve the population of central Auckland, with a 58-bed unit, including a 12 bed ICU.
Te Whetu Tawera has a team of highly skilled Psychiatrists, Nurses and Allied Health staff providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults with serious mental illness and severe psychological disorders. We work in collaboration with the service user, their family/whanau and the 8 community mental health teams to promote recovery.
