Your main responsibility as a consultant / researcher is the independent and systematic execution of highly demanding national and international executive search projects.

As a full member of the project team, you will work closely with the Senior Consultant. You will use your initiative, creativity and analytical skills in formulating the most effective search and contact strategies. In addition, you will take a structured approach to gathering information on markets, business sectors and key personalities: the professional use of the internet is second nature to you. In your contact with candidates, you quickly gain a realistic view of their personal and professional characteristics and assess these accurately against the agreed profile.
