Responsibilities

• Analyze and recreate complex issues, triage issues and provide detailed problem descriptions for coordination with engineering.
• Work daily with clients to troubleshoot issues, test solutions, provide resolutions, and, if necessary, escalations.
• Answer quick questions on system functionality and/or configuration.
• Understand the importance of customer relations and support processes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve reported issues.
• Create supporting documentation that demonstrates that issue resolution or enhancement solves the reported business problem.
