The Role
Responsible for initiating, executing compensation and benefits review to ensure the competitiveness of the Parkway Laboratory’s compensation & benefits programs. This includes working closely with internal HR and external service providers to conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation and any related to work to ensure the total rewards and recognition program are robust and competitive
Key accountabilities
• Plan, initiate and review compensation & benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
• Liaise and work alongside with corporate HR team to participate in any salary survey and benchmarking exercises.
• Support in HR budgetary exercise, including manpower numbers control, budgeting and monthly cost forecasting and reporting
• Keep abreast and updated of best practices and legislative changes to ensure statutory compliance
• Provide advisory service to stakeholders, such as BUs and employees
