About The Job

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, risk profile, and business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Document requirements, assess, optimize, and implement systems to ensure process improvements and best practices are followed.
• Implement reinsurance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing insurance operations.
• Collaborate with the client’s internal teams, including operations, accounting, finance, and IT/Data, to deliver comprehensive reinsurance solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the reinsurance landscape.
