Consultant, Technical Solutions

The Consultant, Technical Solutions role is a key position within our organization, serving as the main technical liaison for CyberSource clients including merchants, acquirers, and payment facilitators. As part of Visa Acceptance Solutions, the Consultant is responsible for managing technical aspects of service implementation, supporting clients in production, ensuring stable performance, and strengthening long-term relationships in partnership with the Account Manager.



This role also involves addressing technical concerns related to CyberSource services, driving incident resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Partner with Sales to build relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews for live merchants and partners.
