The Consultant – Vendor & Asset Management is responsible for managing vendor relationships related to WAN services, maintaining an accurate inventory of WAN assets, and optimizing vendor and asset management processes. This role ensures service quality, cost-effectiveness, and supports procurement and contract management activities within the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage relationships with internet service vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and performance-related issues.
• Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and address any gaps or areas for improvement.
• Support Procurement in negotiation of contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost‑effectiveness and optimal service delivery.
