Consultant/Principal - Benefits Consulting

Convyta Partners is growing and we are looking for a Consultant/Principal to join our Benefits consulting team in Western Canada . This position will be hired at a level commensurate with experience. You will take on meaningful client relationships and help shape how we serve our clients. We are seeking someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves – whether that means leading a large, sophisticated client engagement or working through the details on a smaller account. We value consultants who are comfortable thinking strategically to support clients while also being willing to get into the weeds to address client questions that arise.
