Job Description
About the Role BDO Canada is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant in our Construction Advisory and Dispute Services practice. The role focuses on project controls, claims and disputes on complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Conduct forensic delay analysis, quantum analysis, productivity analysis and insurance loss quantification for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Perform planning and project controls, including progress tracking, cost analysis, and loss quantification
Review project‑related costs such as labor, materials, and equipment
Read and analyze design documents and estimate material quantities
Utilize planning software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project to extract and analyze data
Research and interpret document control systems and project information sources
Collaborate with senior analysts to prepare or respond to delay and cost c...
