Their Cambridge office houses a small team and is currently expanding.
Your new roleAs a Senior Ecologist based in Cambridge, you’ll lead and manage ecological projects, plan and resource surveys, and produce a full range of reports. You’ll liaise with clients onplex projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development. You'll be at the helm of expanding the team at the start of the 2026 ecological season. The role is primarily office-based with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.What you'll need to succeed

BSc in Ecology (or similar), MSc ideal

Ideally an Associate CIEEM membership (and progressing to Full)
