• M&A and corporate transactions within Southeast Asia
• General corporate/commercial advisory work within Southeast Asia and contracts negotiation/drafting
Key requirements
• A right to work and reside in Singapore
• Qualification to practice in at least one of the following jurisdictions: England & Wales, United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
