Job Purpose
The Consulting Manager – Employee Benefits is responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of consultants to deliver high-quality employee benefits solutions to clients. The role focuses on ensuring strong client relationships, driving strategic benefit advice, and supporting business growth while maintaining compliance, service excellence, and operational efficiency. The Consulting Manager plays a key role in translating client needs into effective benefit strategies that enhance employee wellbeing and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS AND REGIONAL MANAGEMENT :
- Provide the supervisor with the monthly operations report.
- Review the reports, meeting notes, presentations, and projects of your respective advisors.
