Overview

IDC is seeking a Consulting Manager to work in our Customs Solutions group. The successful individual will engage clients, understand requirements, and support delivery of custom market research projects. Responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating project delivery, and fostering growing customer relationships.

The role will involve active management of day‑to‑day communications and engagement milestones with both external clients and internal stakeholders. The Consulting Manager will partner with IDC’s centers of expertise, analysts, sales, and other groups such as outside contractors to deliver the highest value for our customers.

Growth opportunities exist through exposure to IDC’s custom solutions, market research methodologies, and client leadership.
