IDC is seeking a Consulting Manager to work in our Customs Solutions group. The successful Consulting Manager will be able to engage clients to understand requirements and support delivery of custom market research projects to meet those needs. In this role, you will manage client communications and as part of a team facilitate on-time, high quality market research-based deliverables and customer experience with an eye towards growing customer relationships and business outcomes.
The role will entail active management of day-to-day communications and engagement milestones with both external clients and internal stakeholders. The Consulting Manager will partner with IDC's centers of expertise, IDC analysts, sales, and other groups such as outside contractors as appropriate to yield the highest value for our customers.
