Consulting Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met on schedule
• Manage project budget, materials, manpower, and resources
• Identify project risks and implement corrective or preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings as required
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates
• Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently
