Job Description
The Senior Director – Head of Visa Consulting & Analytics (WCA) is a key leadership position across SSA, CEMEA VCA team and the Visa WCA team. The role involves:
1. Leading the WCA Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team. As a business leader, they will be personally responsible for delivering $5+ million of project revenue in FY 26, with very significant growth planned in subsequent years (WCA VCA to exceed $20m+ in next 3 years). VCA engagements include portfolio management, cards and retail business strategy, digital strategy and risk management, and will involve the use of deep consulting, banking and data science expertise.
2. They will lead a large team (currently 5+ people) of experienced consulting professionals developing and delivering high impact projects for Visa’s largest clients in WCA. Team members are located in 5 offices across WCA: Abidjan and Lago...
