We are seeking an accomplished **Banking IT Domain person** with extensive expertise in core banking solutions and program management to lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned professional who can drive multi-million-dollar implementations, architect complex solutions, and manage global delivery teams while maintaining strong client relationships with tier-1 financial institutions.

+ Lead and manage large-scale core banking implementation programs with annual revenues exceeding $5M.

+ Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-sales solutioning through delivery, including contract negotiations, resource management, and financial accountability.
