Job Description

The technical analyst works on medium to large customer-facing project teams to deploy and support the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) application for customers primarily across Insurance and Financial industries. In this role you will learn to install the OIPA application, assist with system integrations, and triage issues collaboratively with technical architects and functional resources.  
Primary Responsibilities: 
Collaborate with project team including project manager, business analysts, technical architects and solution architects to install and support the OIPA application 
Support system integration between OIPA and connected systems to meet design 
Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution through individual effort and collaboration with internal and external teams. 
Maintain a focus on customer success
