What you’ll do:

Contact customers to schedule pre-move surveys and guide them through customs documentation and the door-to-door/door-to-port/port-to-door process.

Act as the main point of contact between the account, the assignee, and internal teams.

Coordinate air, sea, and road shipments with precision and care.

Manage after-sales communication and ensure smooth follow-up with clients.

Organize, explain, and prepare import/export customs documents and shipment protection details.

Liaise with shipping lines, trucking companies, customs brokers, assignees, accounts, and internal stakeholders.

Prepare shipments for billing and audit supplier invoices.
