We are looking for an SAP BASIS Consultant.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
• Experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions
• Experience with infrastructure operations, networks, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management (TLO)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to design solutions end-to-end
• Experience in migrations (on-premise to Cloud, Cross cloud, Cross DCs)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of escalation procedures and proactive customer interaction
