The Corporate Development team at JP Morgan Chase is broadly responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments across the firm's consumer lines of business – including the Consumer Bank, Business Bank, Wealth Management, Card Services, Connected Commerce, Home Lending, and Auto Lending. These transactions are critical to the firm's ability to execute on its core strategies and meet the needs of our customers in a rapidly changing financial services ecosystem. Acquisitions and partnerships are integral to Chase's ongoing business strategy, enabling us to better serve our customers. The Corporate Development Integrations team is tasked with integrating partner companies with JPMorgan Chase, realizing business values through product, client, technology, operations, and controls.
