Consumer Insight Officer

Overview:

We are hiring a Consumer Insight Officer for a leading multinational FMCG organization with a strong portfolio in oral care, personal care, and household products, based in Karachi. This role supports consumer engagement and insights by coordinating call center and digital correspondence, managing surveys and product testing, supporting brand trainings, and assisting in accurate reporting and analysis, working closely with brand, research, and external agency teams in a highly structured, consumer-focused environment.
