Consumer Marketing Manager UKI

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
Represent the voice of the consumer in one of our key categories within our **Personal Health** business in the UK as well as manage the Consumer Marketing Intern. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share in the UK market.
**You are responsible for:**
+ Develop and deliver the local UKI marketing activation plan based on agreed AOP for the category and local consumer insights together with the Consumer Marketing Leader (CML).
+ Champions the voice of the zone and provides business performance and local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends to WE regional team.
+ Responsible for up to 24months planning performance, in the short and long termto ensure the delivery of the FY key goals.
