JOB DESCRIPTION
- Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming enquiries and complaints about credit report and information received via email and other formats.
- Attend to enquiries and complaints within stipulated timeline.
- Work cross-functionally and interact regularly with internal stakeholders in a positive and expedited manner.
- Communicate with external stakeholders to best resolve the enquiries
and complaints. - Perform basic administration and data entry into company's Case Management System to record daily activities.
- Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across customer enquiries.
- Customer-centric, willing to go to the extra mile to optimize customer experience.
- Customer Service/ Call centre experience (will be an added advantage)
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
