Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Consumer Research & Insights to lead end-to-end consumer insights across YABX markets. You will own the insights agenda, design and run high-impact research programs, and blend primary research with behavioral/transactional data to shape product roadmap, credit lifecycle strategy, and customer lifecycle communications.
You will work as a strategic partner to Product, Portfolio/Risk, CLM/Marketing, and Business stakeholders—ensuring insights translate into decisions, experiments, and measurable outcomes, not just reports.
